Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team in Edinburgh. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Primary Objectives
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for YOTEL Edinburgh.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
