Legal Advisor for UK and Ireland Operations

**Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, including compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution.
**Estimated Salary:** £130,000 - £160,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital systems and tools to automate routine work.
- Support the development of sustainability, digital, and software contracting practices.
- Consult on privacy issues and support the Compliance Program.
- Monitor and report results of compliance/ethics efforts and provide guidance to associates.
**Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in interacting with remote internal customers and management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law topics, including contracts, dispute resolution, and software/AI.
- Project management skills, including prioritizing multiple projects and regular reporting.
