Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Cleaning Services Specialist to join our dynamic team at HotelCare, the UK's leading hotel support services provider. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction across our network of hotels nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Conduct thorough room preparations, including changing bed linens, replacing towels, emptying trash bins, and restocking amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors to create a pristine appearance.
  • Sanitise surfaces thoroughly to uphold hygiene maintenance standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant authorities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and supervisor instructions to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest rooms and private information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any concerns with professionalism and respect.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Specialist who possesses:

  • A strong background in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • The physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, along with excellent time management skills.
  • The capacity to work individually and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • A 'Can Do' attitude, adaptability to organisational needs, and the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • An unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service, while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
What We Offer

As a Cleaning Services Specialist at HotelCare, you can expect a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:

  • Up to 28 days paid holidays.
  • A permanent job with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
  • Standard working hours 25+ per week / Available hours may reduce during periods of low occupancy / Contracted hours can be negotiated and guaranteed.
