Senior Care Assistant

About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care to our residents. With a focus on kindness, compassion, and empathy, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. Your expertise in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing your time effectively, and communicating with residents and colleagues in a considerate and kind manner.
