Nighttime Care Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nighttime Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team. As a Nighttime Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to a young person with complex needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity, working 2 nights per week, Tuesday and Thursday. You will be responsible for assisting the young person with their personal care, including washing, dressing, and setting up their sleep system. You will also be required to soothe and calm the young person if they experience periods of wakefulness during the night.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a car
What We Offer
As a Nighttime Care Assistant with Snap Care, you will receive excellent training and ongoing supervision. You will also have the opportunity to work additional shifts to cover annual leave or sickness. If desired, you may also have the opportunity to join the young person on their summer holiday to Devon.
