Human Factors Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Assistant to join our team at the University of Oxford.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Human Factors interventions, coaching clinical teams, and utilizing quality improvement methodology to refine the intervention to individual hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Human Factors interventions in a hospital environment
- Coach clinical teams to maintain high engagement levels
- Utilize quality improvement methodology to refine the intervention
- Collect and analyze data to inform the development of the intervention
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders
- Contribute to the writing of scientific papers based on the results and experiences of the project
Requirements
- BSc or equivalent first degree in a relevant field
- Experience of conducting practical Human Factors or Quality Improvement interventions and analyses
- Experience of working in a hospital or healthcare environment (desirable)
- Interviewing experience (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative when required
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time post, but we would be willing to consider applications for part-time hours.
