About the Position

As an Organizational Development and Integration Specialist at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future through strategic Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activity. This challenging and rewarding role requires strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.

You will lead project management efforts for M&A integration activities, ensuring seamless transitions and driving business results. Your expertise in HR information systems, data migration, and compliance will be instrumental in achieving these goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and managing end-to-end project plans for high-profile acquisitions;
  • Developing and refining key M&A artifacts, such as process flows, systems, and information requirements;
  • Managing effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed;
  • Partnership with cross-functional teams beyond People to support Integration activities;
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree, preferably with CIPD qualification;
  • Depth of experience in project managing People M&A related activities;
  • Expertise in project management, HR information systems, and data migration;
  • Strong technical capability in HR aspects of M&A, navigating complexity and multi-jurisdictional legal requirements;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles;
  • Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills;
  • Keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency;
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills;
  • Self-starter, results-oriented individual with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently;

Allegis Global Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
