Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Manager to lead our front desk team at Medicus Health Partners. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our medical practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective management of patient flow and communication.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with practice policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations.
Requirements
  • GCSE English, Maths (C or above) and at least two others.
  • Experience of at least 12 months leading/managing a team.
  • Experience of working with the general public.
  • Experience of administrative duties.
  • Experience of working in a GP setting.
