IT Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team as an Infrastructure IT Network Manager. This is a permanent, salaried full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with an annual salary of £55,000 plus a host of exceptional employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Line management of a small team of IT Help Desk Technicians
- Ensuring that the IT infrastructure and networking meet the demands of our multi-location site
- Working with the wider team to ensure end users receive exemplary levels of customer service
- Reporting to the Site Operations Manager and working towards achieving enhanced service levels for all software, hardware, and systems improvement
- Management and maintenance of servers, applying updates while maintaining network security and integrity
- At least 3-5 years working in a similar role
- Qualified and experienced IT leader
- Collaborative style and ability to work closely with other key stakeholders
- Strategic planning and staff management skills
