Cloud and Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud and Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Cloud and Infrastructure team and supporting the digital transformation and growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Cloud and Infrastructure team and provide technological excellence and guidance for the technology strategy of the business.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems, policies, and processes to ensure the Cloud and Infrastructure team is held accountable by hitting measurable service objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and build personal development plans with team members to support their goals and objectives.
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure the best possible outcomes for the business.
  • Handle and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of a Cloud/hybrid infrastructure, focusing on quality of service and scalability and efficiencies.
  • Provide 3rd line support and guidance to the team.
  • Be hands-on with infrastructure, software, and systems, including enterprise hardware and networking products and enterprise software such as Hyper-V and VMware.
