About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Health and Safety Management Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our EHS team to manage environmental, health and safety issues in our high-tech manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Assisting with the day-to-day management of environmental, health and safety issues
  2. Maintaining EHS management systems, including ISO 45001 and 14001
  3. Conducting compliance audits
  4. Managing emergency response teams and first aiders
  5. Investigating accidents and incidents
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  1. A degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Health or Safety Management, or General Science/Engineering
  2. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  3. Excellent communication and team working skills
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is between £24,000 and £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, employees enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, annual leave, flexible working hours, and career development opportunities.
