Job Overview

This role reports directly to the EHS Manager and works proactively with Senior Management. The successful candidate will bring a keen interest in best practice health & safety and be NEBOSH certified.

Responsibilities
  1. We are seeking a self-motivated Safety Officer Leader to conduct regular site audits and communicate findings to site management.
  2. Promote a culture of safety first by raising hazard awareness and promoting the correct use of PPE.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 by managing documentation.
  4. Support Production Supervisors in identifying team members' performance and fostering continuous improvement within production areas.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with a NEBOSH Certification or Higher.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Accuracy and consistency in work.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
