Sales Development Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be recruiting a Sales Development Manager for a leading manufacturer of kitchens and bathrooms. This role will play a crucial part in the growth of new business opportunities within the construction industry.
About the Role:
- Responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities from initial prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and execute a strategy to enter and win projects within new markets
- Nurture and grow existing business relationships to optimize key accounts
- Oversee the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on commercial requirements of each opportunity
About You:
- A driven and ambitious individual with a passion for building strong relationships
- A track record of exceeding targets and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities
- Experience within the construction industry, specifically with main contractors
- Experience within the bathroom/kitchen manufacturing industry
- Full UK Driving License is required
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 + car + commission
