A leading Health and Safety Consultancy, Irwin & Colton Limited, is seeking a Senior Health and Fire Risk Specialist to join their team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety and Fire, with experience across various industries. As a Senior Health and Fire Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on health, safety, and fire policies and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including the Building Safety Act.

You will also be expected to create and update health, safety, and fire policies, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, you will contribute to improving performance across health, safety, and fire by implementing innovative ideas and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice on health, safety, and fire policies and risk assessments to ensure legal and policy compliance.
  2. Create and update health, safety, and fire policies and risk assessments to help clients mitigate risks.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve performance across health, safety, and fire and implement innovative ideas and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory qualifications include a NEBOSH Diploma and a Diploma in Fire Safety.
  • Proven experience within Health, Safety, and Fire, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of ongoing changes to fire safety regulations.

Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance
