Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing fire alarm systems in accordance with British Standard 5839. They will also be required to produce accurate quotations, layout design and configuration of fire sensors, and coordinate with other M&E services and architectural/structural features.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to liaise with sales teams throughout the design process, conduct internal checking of design drawings, and prepare system architecture and documentation for commissioning.

Requirements:
  • A full Electrical based qualification such as City & Guilds, ONC, HNC etc
  • Working knowledge of current British Standards
  • Experience within a similar role on large multi-service projects
  • Proficient using Microsoft computer packages including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
