About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the employee life cycle runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all administration for the employee life cycle across all areas of the business, with a focus on on-boarding and off-boarding employees.
  • Draft contracts of employment and coordinate the on-boarding process for new joiners, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Advisors, and HRBPs.
  • Liaise with the third-party employment vetting provider to ensure all relevant background checks are completed on time for new joiners, flagging any discrepancies to the relevant HRBP.
  • Process DBS renewals for all employees as required, in conjunction with the third-party Employment Vetting provider.
  • Work closely with the Senior L&D Coordinator to ensure all probationary requirements are met regarding mandatory training, and update the HR system accordingly.
  • Prepare and issue leaver paperwork in a timely manner, following relevant procedures.
  • Ensure all new joiners and leavers are processed accurately and on the HR system, to ensure correct salaries are paid.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Advisors, and Senior L&D Coordinator to deliver the department's administrative work.
  • Coordinate changes to Terms & Conditions, such as salary increases and job title changes, in conjunction with the HR Advisors, ensuring the HR system and employee files are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage data on the HRIS, making changes to records, and ensuring the validity and accuracy of the information.
  • Monitor and action all incoming mail to the HR inbox, responding to internal and external enquiries in a professional and confidential manner, copying in the relevant HR Advisor or HRBP where required.
