About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Build People. As a key member of our commercial interiors team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Agree project objectives and ensure understanding and representation of client interests
  • Provide independent advice on project management and supervise project teams and sub-contractors
  • Ensure risk assessments are carried out on site and compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Manage project accounting, costing, and billing, as well as procurement of materials
  • Ensure adherence to quality and assurance protocols and problem-solve as needed
  • Utilize specialist construction management computer applications and stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years project management experience in the partitioning, structural glass, architectural glazing, cladding, and facades industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative, with a commitment to personal development and growth within the role
