Are you a commercial expert with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our next Customer Experience Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our commercial suppliers and contractors deliver top-notch services that align with our customer-obsessed ethos.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing suppliers and contractors to ensure they meet their contractual obligations and deliver exceptional services.
  • Risk management: anticipating potential service failures and developing strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring continuous and reliable service delivery.
  • Working closely with service managers to lead commercial tenders and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and legislation.
  • Analysing performance data to identify trends and implement improvements, generating performance reports to support senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budget management: overseeing contractor spend, ensuring financial processes are followed and value for money is achieved.

This is a full-time (35 hours) permanent role with a salary of £52,000 plus £2,000 car allowance per annum, 25 days annual leave (rising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
