We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Director to join our UK Infrastructure business in the Yorkshire and Northeast region. As a key strategic role, you will be responsible for growing our relationships with clients and leading the cost and commercial leadership of major programmes in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of commissions working at strategic levels with our clients
  • Develop and grow client relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Manage and lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proactive attitude to seeking innovative solutions to client challenges
Requirements:
  • Preferably MRICS
  • NEC3/4 contracts (in particular Option C – Target Cost)
  • Pre contract including procurement and commercial strategy setting
  • Post contract administration
  • Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
  • Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways)
