Service Improvement Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Improvement Manager - Cancer Services to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a key member of our Continuous Improvement Team, you will play a vital role in driving service improvements in cancer services and enhancing patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a degree-level management qualification or equivalent experience, with a strong background in service improvement and a proven track record of delivering sustainable change. You will work closely with our Digital Automation Team to modernise processes and procedures, using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to streamline operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving service improvements in cancer services to enhance patient outcomes;
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in cancer services;
  • Ensuring robust links between improvement initiatives and projects to prevent duplication;
  • Facilitating training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and knowledge;

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, committed to innovation and excellence.
