Responsibilities

As a Fabrication Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting inefficiencies and implementing productivity improvements in fabrication processes. This includes creating and training supporting Standard Operating Instructions.

You will manage the Plymouth Maintenance Team's performance, ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance is conducted for all plant and machinery, and minimize disruption caused by equipment breakdowns.

You will oversee the delivery of prototypes, define production processes, and develop training aids (SOIs). Additionally, you will analyze data points such as sales forecasts and production schedules to ensure factory technical readiness to meet customer demand.

You will confer with management regarding manufacturing capabilities and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
