As a Process Improvement Engineer at TQR Consultancy Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our production areas. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to work on a 3 on, 3 off Night shift pattern at our Plymouth site. This position offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise and creativity to improve processes, mentor Production Technicians, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a strong engineering aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to fault find and resolve technical problems. A minimum of a level 3 Qualification or HNC / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with proven experience working within high-speed, automated manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate must be able to work a continual 3 on 3 off night shift pattern working 23:00 to 11:00. The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, inclusive of 48% shift premium.
