About Our Client

We are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area, with sites across the world renowned for quality products and being a leading progressive employer. We're seeking an ambitious individual to drive sustainability improvements across our organisation.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of up to £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus and early finish on Fridays. You will also receive a comprehensive pension scheme and additional benefits.

You'll have autonomy to develop and implement strategies for improving Environmental, Social, and Governance standards, making a significant impact on your department. If you're passionate about sustainability and want to make a difference, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role:
  • Develop, lead, and support key strategies for continuous improvement of Environmental, Social, and Governance standards throughout business processes.
  • Provide fast and reliable responses to third-party enquiries and key asks related to sustainability.
  • Act as a leadership role model, demonstrating Communication, Training, Teamwork, and Recognition behaviours, aligning with company goals.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in sustainability and environmental management (site carbon footprint, CSRD reports, etc.).
