We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Addlestone Nursery.

About the Role

As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team, role modelling best practice, and ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
