Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Addlestone Nursery.

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, promoting best practice and ensuring the highest standards of childcare are maintained.

About the Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, stimulating and conducive to learning
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote the well-being and development of children
  • Working closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives
  • Providing coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have managerial experience.
