Nursery Room Leader Position

KiddyKare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team in Chertsey.
About the Role:We are looking for a qualified and passionate individual to lead our nursery room, providing a nurturing and engaging environment for our children. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a programme of activities that cater to the needs and interests of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
- Lead a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery room, maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Manage staff effectively, ensuring ratios are maintained and staff are supported in their roles.
- Work closely with students allocated to the room, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the nursery room is set up to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children, with a focus on creativity and exploration.
- Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
- At least one year's recent relevant experience in a nursery setting.
- Sound knowledge of Safeguarding.
- A competitive salary between £30,000 - £33,000.
