We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Addlestone Nursery.

About the Role

As a Senior Room Manager, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the team, ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained. You will be responsible for observing, assessing, and planning for the children in your care, as well as providing developmentally challenging next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and stimulating for children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of children.
  • Collaborate with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
