Fostering Panel Advisor

Tameside Borough Council is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fostering Panel Advisor to join their team. This role is a key part of the Council's improvement journey and will involve providing professional, regulatory, and procedural advice to the fostering panel and the wider workforce.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people, and families. The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge of the Fostering Services Regulations and National Minimum Standards, as well as experience of improvement work within fostering services.
The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families, and will have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
