Contact Centre Advisor

£23,400 to £23,500 plus £1,800 London Weighting per annum

At Calor Gas, we're seeking a skilled and proactive Contact Centre Advisor to provide exceptional customer service via phone and written correspondence. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial risk assessments and make informed decisions to resolve customer calls
  • Work towards set quality standards, targets, and service levels
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Administer customer accounts with attention to detail and timeliness
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns, researching and resolving issues within established parameters
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve team performance targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in our CRM system
