Job Description

At JSS Search, we are seeking a talented Strategic People Operations Lead to join our global team based in EMEA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position, overseeing the People Services team and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the People Operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of people-related compliance and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement standardized processes, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a People Services or Operations role within the EMEA region.
  • Strong background in HRIS, preferably with Workday experience.
  • Proven team management skills, with a minimum of three direct reports.
  • Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and associated processes.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with exposure to diverse cultures and business practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
