About the Role

People Puzzles Ltd is seeking an experienced Business HR Professional to join our East of England team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions to our client businesses, including business and strategic HR planning, culture change, business transformation, change management, leadership development, organisational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D, and Talent Management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of inputting into the strategic direction of a business and partnering with the Board and Senior Executive team. A strong understanding of business and the ability to build and execute a business strategy to flow through to a People strategy is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of HR solutions to client businesses assigned to you
  • Manage your portfolio of clients and work in partnership with the team to ensure a first-class HR service is provided
  • Work with the Regional Director and marketing team to support the process for attracting and gaining new clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience inputting into the strategic direction of a business and partnering with the Board and Senior Executive team
  • CIPD (L7) qualified or equivalent
  • A strong 'people person' with a natural ability to lead teams and nurture and build relationships
  • Credible and able to connect with and influence SME sector business owners
  • Organised, dependable, and progressive, with a love of new ways to work and technology
  • Commercial, with a big picture perspective
  • Pragmatic, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get stuck in
