Role Overview

The Facilities Management Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in providing administrative and operational support to the Facilities Management team.

This includes managing day-to-day repairs and maintenance requests for commercial and residential properties, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.

A key focus of the role is providing excellent customer service, working independently and as part of a team, and being proactive in managing workload under pressure.

This position requires strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily repair and maintenance requests for commercial and residential properties
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third-party service providers
  • Track repair requests, schedule contractors, and maintain databases and records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 per annum (DOE), including benefits such as private healthcare cover after 12 months service and a Training Allowance (£150 per annum).
