The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services to support the HR function, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll administration, benefits provision, and employee training support.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding Administration: processing recruitment approval paperwork, setting up vacancies, advertising roles, and scheduling interviews.
  • Payroll Administration: updating payroll changes spreadsheet, uploading documents to third-party platforms, and coordinating monthly payrolls.
  • Benefits Provision: responding to employee queries, submitting new joiner forms, adding/removing scheme members, and updating payroll records.
