Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our team based in Aberdeenshire.
This role involves working with clients who require support with daily living activities, medication management, and other aspects of care.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality support and care to clients in their homes or in care settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Medication training
- Registration with SSSC
- Care experience
- Car Driver with full licence
