We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including organizing events and activities for homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Co-ordinate the maintenance of the property, including managing contractors and suppliers
- Ensure the safety and security of the development, conducting regular health and safety checks and implementing measures to prevent accidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a positive and collaborative working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
