About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our fast-paced environment as a Procurement Administrator. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team across the procurement process, ensuring an effective supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Process Support: Assist the management team in the procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our clients.
  2. Seasonal Reviews & Programmes: Collaborate with suppliers to review and develop seasonal programmes, ensuring optimal product quality and availability.
  3. Logistics & Planning: Work closely with logistics and planning teams to ensure accurate stock information and efficient delivery processes.
  4. Purchase Orders & Stock Data: Manage purchase orders and stock data through our ERP system, ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
  5. Liaison with Growers: Develop strong relationships with growers to ensure accurate volumes and arrival data, meeting our clients' expectations.
  6. Pricing & Costing Models: Provide weekly pricing and costing models to support informed decision-making.
