Business Development Manager for Trade Exhibitions

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the position of Senior Sales Executive at Easyfairs. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry trends and market analysis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Event Sponsorship & Exhibitor Sales:
- Drive sales of exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and event-related services to meet revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify new business leads, targeting companies that align with the event's audience and objectives.
- Use various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry research, to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with sponsors, exhibitors, and clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
- Collaboration with Event Teams:
- Work closely with event management, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and aligned with event logistics and branding strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement and Activity KPI's:
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for event sponsorships, exhibit space, and registrations.
- Exceed daily call and activity rates.
- Event Representation & Networking:
- Represent the company and events at industry conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Actively network to expand professional contacts and explore new business opportunities for future events.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Regularly track sales performance, generate reports, and present forecasts to management.
- Use CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage client data, sales progress, and event pipelines.
- Post-Event Analysis & Client Feedback:
- Gather feedback from clients post-event to improve future offerings and build stronger relationships.
