Business Development Manager

At Easyfairs, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving the success of our events, including the Antwerp XL exhibition. As a key player in our sales team, you will play a crucial role in communicating effectively with clients and building lasting relationships within our community.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on face-to-face and phone-based sales, exhibits adaptability, and demonstrates resilience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, negotiating contracts with sponsors and exhibitors, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contract delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year's successful outbound B2B telesales experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Dutch or Flemish is a significant advantage. The salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
