About the Position
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of industrial products, including bearings, power transmission products, fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, process equipment, and general MRO consumables. To be successful, the candidate will require strong sales experience, ideally from a distribution and MRO background, and a relevant qualification or time served.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
  • Closing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Perks
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, plus a 5%-10% bonus OTE. The package also includes a car, laptop, mobile phone, pension, and 25 days' holiday + bank holidays.
