Position Overview

The demand for IT solutions has surged at JDE, positioning it as an essential component across all business functions. We are evolving our IT department to serve as a strategic ally. The Cluster IT Manager for the UK & Ireland will serve as the primary IT contact in these regions, concentrating on business solutions, technological strategy, and service management.

This position entails collaborating with market leaders to pinpoint solutions that enhance value. Working alongside global IT teams, the CITM will spearhead IT strategies, oversee budgets, and ensure technological alignment with business objectives.

The CITM will hold accountability for IT solutions, cost efficiency, and standardization of services. Key responsibilities encompass engaging with business units, propelling digital transformation, and offering strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between UK & Ireland business units and IT teams.
  • Lead initiatives for digital transformation.
  • Formulate and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.
  • Ensure IT services achieve SLA performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee IT projects and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Guide and mentor IT professionals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Business proficiency in English is required.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in IT and the business/industry sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an advisory capacity within Information Systems.
  • Strong background in business process management.
  • Experience in team management and empowering individuals.
