Clinical Trial Manager

Job Summary:
MAI Fortrea Development Limited is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead and manage trials and teams across a cluster. As a key member of our Clinical Trials Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve clinical trial protocols and consent forms
- Organize and lead kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams
- Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) on trial procedures and protocols
- Coordinate and facilitate Investigator Meetings (INV) and other trial-related activities
- Monitor and track start-up activities, ensuring timely completion of trial milestones
- Coordinate the submission process and ethics approvals for clinical trials
- Support monitoring teams by providing guidance and expertise as needed
- Oversee monitoring activities, including review of trip reports, compliance checks, and co-monitoring
- Develop and implement strategies, tools, and training to assess the performance of CRAs
- Identify and mitigate risks, respond to audit inspection reports, and follow up on issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on clinical trial management
- Experience in clinical trial design and budget planning
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Previous experience as a CRA in the UK is preferred
