Pastoral Care Worker

We are offering a unique opportunity for an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant to join our team at a specialist school near Guildford.
As an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, other professionals, and students to provide support and guidance. You will be instrumental in providing consistency and equipping children and young people with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe that they can succeed in life.
The successful candidate will have experience working with SEN children and/or adults, or relevant qualifications such as Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling. Training, support, and CPD will be provided to ensure safeguarding of all students.
This role offers an estimated salary of £80-£100 per day, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only. We also offer excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure safeguarding of all students.
