A leading education specialist, Wayman Group, is partnering with a prestigious primary school in Surrey to find an exceptional Learning and Pastoral Care Specialist. This critical role involves providing guidance and support to students, teachers, and parents, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in teaching and pastoral care, with a focus on early career teacher development. They will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, mentoring new staff, and collaborating with senior leaders to drive school improvement.
