Blaymires Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading Design & Build contractor based near Ringwood who provide specialist construction services to the Medical, Healthcare and Social Care sectors. The company has been successfully operating for over 20 years and have delivered a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects across the UK that include doctor surgeries, hospitals, affordable housing and extra care facilities with project values ranging from £1M-20 Million.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all project costs, saving money where applicable. * Manage allocated projects, packages and subcontractors, calculate and prepare all company valuations and final accounts. * Subcontract commercial control. * Reporting, forecasting and risk management. * Supply chain commercial improvement with suppliers and contractors. * Reporting and Commercial Awareness. * Project Management duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience working for a Contractor. * New Build or Refurbishment experience. * Live within 1 hour of the office. * Happy to travel and manage projects throughout the UK. Salary up to £80,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Car Allowance. * Ongoing Training & Development. * Annual pay reviews. * Career Progression.
