A proactive and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Cambridge is on the lookout for a Associate Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background to bolster their expanding team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of a friendly and driven team of 8 surveyors working collaboratively on a diverse range of projects.

With over 60 projects secured and new ones being added weekly, the role promises excitement, challenge, and ample scope for professional development. The firm's rapid growth-doubling its turnover this year with projections to repeat the feat next year-positions this as a prime time to join. Their ambitious expansion plans aim to double the team by the end of 2025, offering clear progression pathways for dedicated team members.

In addition to a rewarding project portfolio, the firm offers an attractive incentive structure: a 10% bonus for any new business you bring in and a 5% retention bonus annually for sustaining client relationships, emphasizing their commitment to rewarding excellence in client satisfaction and business growth.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:

A RICS accredited degree qualification
Healthcare or Residential experience is highly desirable
A successful track record leading projects to completion
Strong pre and post contract experience
MRICS is highly desirable
