Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Shendish Manor Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and promoting our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and occasional weekend shifts.
- Good knowledge of sales software and tools, such as Lanyon.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including discounted hotel stays, meal allowance, and 28 days paid holiday.
