We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Blue Collar Rail Maintenance team. As Head of Rail Sector, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a successful team, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic industry. We offer a competitive salary range of £46,000 - £58,000 plus bonus, along with an uncapped high commission structure.
The ideal candidate will have:
