Director of Rail Operations

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to join our team in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Hamilton. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rail engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You will be part of a dynamic team that offers bespoke solutions for high-end rail companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Leading the Engineering team to achieve business objectives
