HR Business Partner

Menzies LLP, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Manager. Based in Staines, Surrey, this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong resilience, and the ability to deliver high-quality HR services to internal clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver full-service HR support for 2 offices, including Staines and Farnborough.
- Liaise with Tax Business Unit HR lead to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Support stakeholders in managing absence and performance cases, providing expert guidance and resources.
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to maintain a high-quality, professional, approachable, and efficient HR service aligned with business requirements.
The successful candidate will possess generalist HR competencies, as well as a specialist skill set to contribute to team projects and development. A strong understanding of HR management and the ability to translate these for stakeholders are essential.
Requirements- Previous HRBP or Manager role(s) experience.
- Employee PIP process expertise.
- Strong interest in employment law.
- Experience in drafting employment policies and development planning/coaching exposure.
