Job Title: Caregiver - Home Support Specialist
About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide essential support to our clients in the Southwest of Kent. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care routines, including bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and snacks to meet clients' dietary needs
- Administering medication and prompting clients to take their medication
- Engaging in social activities and providing companionship to clients
- Assisting with light domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Record-keeping and reporting to ensure clients' needs are met
